Changelog

What changed in the platform, and why it matters. Recorded honestly, as it ships.

Verassa evidence protocol

  1. Evidence

    01

Screenshot, DOM, replay, and axe baseline captured before decisions.

  2. Judgment

    02

Reviewer route, rationale, and owner stay attached to lower-confidence work.

  3. Verification

    03

Re-scan records and disclaimers travel with reportable outputs.

How the changelog works

Every change is a reviewed change

Every change to the platform is a reviewed pull request — that is the audit trail the product is built on. The changelog is assembled from those changes at each release, in plain language: what changed, and what it means for the people using the product.

Changelog entries hold to the same claim discipline as the rest of the site. A change is described as what it is, not as more than it is.

No public releases yet

The platform is in active development toward a first design-partner release. The changelog begins at that release; there are no public entries to show yet.
